Other states want our leadership, Arkansas GOP chairman says — and they can have it, Democratic chairman quips

FAYETTEVILLE -- Other states would love to have Arkansas' Republican leadership, the head of the state GOP said Wednesday -- and Arkansas Democrats would love to give it to them, his Democratic counterpart said.
