CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - An investigation into alleged elder abuse at a facility in Cape Girardeau County led to charges against three women from southeast Missouri.

According to online court records, 23-year-old Jersey Stratman, Jacquilynne Doyle and 48-year-old Martez Johnson are each charged with one count of felony harassment.

Online court documents state the women are accused of mistreating multiple residents at an unnamed facility in Cape Girardeau County between July 13, 2023 and February 19, 2024.

The probable cause statements say a state probe into the allegations found the women banged on a resident’s window at night, sprayed a resident with a water bottle while they slept and removed blankets and covers from the resident while they were sleeping.
