Bollywood actress Kajol has leased out her Goregaon office space in Mumbai for a nine-year tenure. As per a report in Square Yard, the actress has rented out the office space for a monthly rent of ₹6.9 lakh, and by the end of the deal, Kajol will earn about ₹8.6 crore in total. The deal was registered this month, and the property is located near key business and entertainment hubs.

The property, located in Bharat Arize, spans a carpet area of 1,817 sq ft and includes one car parking space. The transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹5.61 lakh and a registration charge of ₹30,000, as per documents available on the Inspector General of Registration website.
