The City Club of Idaho Falls announced Wednesday that an independent candidate for the U.S. Senate will discuss at next month's club luncheon why he is running for office.

The upcoming program called "Consensus, Conservatism and the Constitution: Todd Achilles at City Club,” takes place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the Bennion Student Union on the ISU–Idaho Falls Campus at 1784 Science Center Drive.
