GREENSBORO, N.C. — As immigration enforcement cracks down in North Carolina, there’s a new warning about criminals posing as ICE agents kidnapping, assaulting and threatening to deport victims.

State Senator Michael Garrett posted to Facebook his concerns about immigration enforcement cracking down in North Carolina writing in part: “Criminals are now committing kidnappings and assaults while pretending to be ICE agents.”
