“Rachael Wilson is an award-winning leader, skilled communicator, strong relationship builder and expert fundraiser,” Thom Donnelly, chair of the United Way East Ontario board of directors, said in the online statement. “Most importantly, she is someone who has driven meaningful impact in our communities — showing strong leadership on the critical issues facing our region.”
