PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Phoenix Fire Department has confirmed that a roof partially collapsed at Desert Sky Mall Wednesday afternoon.

Details are extremely limited, but fire officials were called out to the area of 75th Avenue and Thomas Road around 5:30 p.m.

A few minutes later, Phoenix Fire Capt. Todd Keller confirmed in an email that a partial roof collapse occurred at the popular west Phoenix mall, but it remains unclear if anyone was injured or trapped.
