ADDISON, Texas — At 16 years old, Raina, whose name means Queen in Spanish, is already flying high, literally and emotionally.

This week's Wednesday's Child , whose friends lovingly call her Queen, recently took control of her future in a very real way. With the help of Stature Aviation in Addison, Raina spent the day learning how to fly an airplane, and the experience was nothing short of unforgettable.

"Fly this thing as high as possible!" she exclaimed with a smile as she prepared to step into the cockpit.

Raina's radiant personality shined as she navigated both a high-tech flight simulator and, later, a real plane as co-pilot. It was clear from the start that Raina was a natural.
