SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department has released new photos of a person of interest in a fatal west-side shooting.

Around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 8, SAPD responded to the 5600 block of Culebra Road after receiving reports of shots fired.

Investigators released new surveillance photos showing a barefoot woman wearing blue shorts and a light-colored shirt. Detectives believe she may have information that could help them piece together what happened the morning 22-year-old Zachary Owens was killed.

The shooting happened around 4:20 a.m. on Nov. 8. Officers were first called to the 5600 block of Culebra Road for reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they found Owens dead on a sidewalk along the 1200 block of Mira Vista. Owens was identified by the Bexar County Medial Examiner.
