WASHINGTON — Detectives with the Fairfax County Police Department are investigating a woman's death after she was found unresponsive inside her home.

On Tuesday, officers were called to the 2300 block of Dulles Station Boulevard at 10 a.m. for a suspicious death. When officers arrived, they found Norma Little, 79, with stab wounds to her upper body.

A woman, only identified as Little's caretaker, told police she arrived at Little's home and found her.

Little was declared dead at the scene.

The events leading up to Little's death are currently under investigation. Detectives are conducting interviews, pulling surveillance videos, and processing evidence from the scene.
