Flyers advertising the Ku Klux Klan were found at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and throughout a neighborhood in western Pennsylvania last weekend.

Tom Segar, IUP’s vice president of student affairs, said campus police on Nov. 15 received reports that KKK flyers were found on sidewalks near the university’s post office .

The flyers, which were not approved by the university, were discarded. Campus police searched for additional flyers, but did not find any, Segar said.

IUP students and employees can report any concerns online through the school’s Office of Social Equity . Segar also linked to more information about resources available through the university .
