Another new MG has been leaked by safety authority Euro NCAP, this time a new large plug-in hybrid SUV.

After Euro NCAP published images of the MG S6 EV mid-size SUV prior to its official reveal, it has now done the same for the MG S9 PHEV – a plug-in hybrid version of the QS already on sale in Australia.

The Euro NCAP safety report also notes the PHEV SUV features a turbocharged 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine and front-wheel drive. It also has a third row of seating, unlike PHEV versions of the rival Skoda Kodiaq .
