SALEM, Indiana — Indiana State Police (ISP) arrested 22-year-old Eric S. Crawford on three counts of possession of child pornography, authorities said.
The investigation began in 2024 when ISP Detective Travis Baker, working in Washington County, launched a case following allegations of child sexual abuse, according to ISP.
In July 2024, Baker served a search warrant on a social media account linked to Crawford, uncovering thousands of files.
During the search, ISP discovered images of another juvenile victim unrelated to the original investigation. These findings were submitted to the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
On Nov. 17, an arrest warrant was issued for Crawford for three counts of possession of child pornography, each classified as a Level 6 felony.
