Former Test cricket captain Michael Clarke is selling his Vaucluse home of four years, days after purchasing another mansion in the ritzy suburb for about $20 million.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom abode for sale was snapped up by Clarke for $13.01 million in 2021, and has since undergone a renovation.
Bill Malouf of Highland Double Bay holds the listing alongside Emma Potter, and when asked for the price guide referenced comparable sales in the suburb from the “high teens to early $20 millions”.
A six-bedroom, three-bathroom property sold for $22,055,000 in September, while two five-bedroom, four-bathroom homes sold for $16.9 million and $17 million that month.
