New Delhi: SECL signed an MoU with Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS), Bilaspur for the installation of 96 Semiconductor Air Sterilizer Units under CSR, with a financial assistance of ₹4.36 crore.
The MoU was signed at SECL HQ in the presence of Shri Biranchi Das, Director (HR). Shri CM Verma, GM(CSR) from SECL and Dr Ramnesh Murti, Dean CIMS exchanged the MoUs in the presence of senior officials from SECL CSR Dept and CIMS Bilaspur.
This project will be the first of its kind in Chhattisgarh, bringing advanced semiconductor-based air-sterilization technology to critical medical areas such as Surgical OTs, ICUs, MICUs and other enclosed spaces at CIMS.
