COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Wednesday marked three years since the deadly mass shooting at a Colorado Springs LGBTQ+ club.

Around midnight on November 19, 2022, Derrick Rump, Daniel Aston, Kelly Loving, Raymond Green-Vance, and Ashley Paugh were shot and killed when a gunman opened fire in the club. Several others were injured.

11 News talked to multiple survivors who said they are still working on healing.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since the shooting at Club Q,” Michael Anderson said. “I remember clocking into work that night, alongside Derek and Daniel. I never anticipated I would be the only one to clock out that night.”

Edward Sanders, who was also there that night, said the trauma he experience still has an impact on his life.
