New Delhi: Food-delivery platform Zomato has agreed to share customers’ data with restaurants after getting the nod from National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI), The Economic Times reported.
It is a win for the restaurant industry as the food delivery platforms and eateries were at loggerheads for years over the issue. Restaurants have long opposed food delivery apps such as Zomato and Swiggy for masking customer data.
