Patna, Nov 20: In a landmark political moment for Bihar, JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar was sworn in as Chief Minister for a record 10th term at a grand ceremony held at Patna’s historic Gandhi Maidan on Thursday. The swearing-in event, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP president JP Nadda and several chief ministers from the NDA alliance, marked the formal beginning of the new government following its sweeping victory in the 2025 Assembly elections.
