The Imperial Valley Choral Society will launch its 2025–26 season and kick off the Christmas season with “A Holiday Spectacular” at 7 p.m. Dec. 11 at Christ Community Church, 590 W. Orange Ave. in El Centro.

This concert will feature the Imperial Valley Master Chorale, under the direction of George Scott, and the Imperial Valley String Quartet, directed by Joel Jacklich. The evening will begin with the story of Christmas, told through readings and a selection of singalong carols.
