A Kailua-Kona couple facing felony charges for allegedly distributing drugs from their home about 170 feet from Kealakehe Intermediate School was freed Wednesday by a judge without having to post monetary bail.
According to court documents filed by police, Hawaii Police Department’s West Hawaii Vice officers arrested 37-year-old David Jossy and 36-year-old Amy Fattorosi on Tuesday morning after executing search warrants on their Lapa Nui Street residence.
Documents state the search turned up 60.8 grams (about 2 ounces) of cocaine packaged in one-gram zip packets ready for sale, slightly more than a pound of marijuana, and a digital scale.
