BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Another day, and another round of dense fog advisories, with rain on the rise Friday with the next approaching frontal system.

DENSE FOG THURSDAY MORNING

Another round of dense fog this morning with reduced visibility below one mile. Exercise caution on the roadways. Any fog should burn off by 10AM area-wide.

Today will start with dense fog, followed by a mix of sun and clouds and highs around 80 degrees.

NEXT FRONTAL SYSTEM

Our next low-pressure system will move a front into our area Friday into Saturday morning. This feature will yield our best chance of wet weather of the week, with a 60% chance of showers/storms Friday, ending by Friday evening. There could be a few lingering showers Saturday morning, but most of the weekend looks dry.
