Jammu, Nov 20: In a significant action under the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday seized the property of a suspected drug peddler in the Narwal area of Jammu city.
According to an official statement, police in Jammu’s South Zone attached property worth ?15 lakh belonging to Vishal Kumar of Narwal. The seized asset is a Scorpio S11 (Registration No. JK08G 3535), confiscated under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act.
Kumar, the son of Ram Singh and a resident of Boot Polish Mohalla, Rajiv Nagar, Narwal, is an accused in FIR No. 295/2025, registered at Police Station Bahu Fort. The case includes charges under Sections 8, 21, 22, 25, 27A, 29 of the NDPS Act, along with Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya San
