Meghan King, who once was a cast member of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” has temporarily lost custody of her three children to her former husband after an investigation by child services.

The children are now with King’s ex-husband, former Major League Baseball player Jim Edmonds, Us Weekly reports . King has been granted supervised visiting rights.

According to Us, an employee at the school the children attended contacted Child Protective Services in regard to King, initiating an investigation. King and Edmonds have an 8-year-old daughter and 7-year-old twin sons.

The investigation reportedly occurred within the past few months, according to Parade . A hearing is scheduled in December to determine if Edmonds will receive permanent custody.
