Two adults are dead after an overnight house fire in Brampton that also left four others, including a child, in critical condition.
Brampton Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire near McLaughlin Road and Remembrance Road, according to a social media post sent around 2:45 a.m. on Thursday.
Two adults died in the fire, Peel police said, and multiple residences were evacuated.
Three adults and one child were taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to a social media post from police, who were also on scene.
First responders are asking people to avoid the area.
