A Chinese start-up has claimed to have developed a pill in the lab that could potentially extend the average human lifespan to 150 years.
Lonvi Biosciences asserts that its unique formula targets 'zombie cells' in the body, which are ageing cells that refuse to die and instead linger, causing inflammation and age-related diseases.
The CEO of the Shenzhen-based start-up, Ip Zhu, is far from modest about their creation, proudly stating: "This is not just another pill. This is the Holy Grail."
The key ingredient of the pill is derived from grape seeds and has been demonstrated to prolong lifespans in laboratory animals by delaying diseases associated with ageing.
Scientists at Lonvi Biosciences believe that taking the pill could help people live beyond 12
