ROCHESTER, Minn. – A trial date is set over a summer shooting in Rochester.
Erimondre Jamall Lee, 24 of Rochester, will stand trial beginning February 9, 2026, for drive-by-shooting and second-degree assault.
Police say a woman reported being shot at on July 14 by her boyfriend’s brother. The woman told officers she had a fight with her boyfriend and grabbed a rock to defend herself before running away. The woman said that later when she was walking on 41 st Street NW, a car driven by Lee approached her and the woman claimed she had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit.
The woman told investigators she threw her rock at the car, shattering the rear window, and Lee turned around and fired multiple shots at her through the window. Police say spent casings were found in the area
