Sheduer Sanders' family have been sending encouraging messages to the rookie NFL star.
The Cleveland Browns ' quarterback is preparing to make his first NFL start on Sunday, a week after he failed to impress in a 23-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Sanders was thrown onto the field against the Ravens after starter and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel suffered a concussion, meaning the 23-year-old unexpectedly made his NFL debut despite reports it was meant to be a redshirt year for him.
The fifth-round pick struggled badly as he ended up completing just 4 out of his 16 passes for 47 yards and an interception.
