Florida athletics officially unveiled its on-field sponsorship with Geico in a social media post on Thursday, Nov. 20.
Steve Spurrier-Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium will feature the insurance company’s logo. It was reported that the partnership with Geico for a commercial sponsor advertisement will be for the Gators’ final two home games of the 2025 season.
Last year, the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel gave its approval to allow corporate advertisements. The on-field logos are allowed to be placed in three spots on the field. This includes a single advertisement centered on the 50-yard line with two smaller advertisements.
“I believe the NCAA is going to allow us to put a sponsor logo on the field during the regular season,” said Florida Athletic Director during the SEC’
