Critical violations: Three bottles of liquor at bar were observed with dead fruit flies in bottles, products adulterated (corrected - bottles of liquor voluntarily discarded).

Spray bottle of blue chemical not labeled with contents (corrected - bottle labeled).

Foods at improper temperatures on lunch buffet. Chicken temped between 95 and 100 degrees and container of Tandoori chicken temped between 85 and 95 degrees. According to staff, these were both cooked one half hour prior (corrected - reheated to 165 degrees and returned to buffet).
