STEVENS POINT − Three people were displaced early Nov. 20 and two firefighters suffered minor injuries after a house fire.
At 2:25 a.m. Nov. 20, a caller reported a fire at 341 First St. N., Stevens Point, Stevens Point Assistant Fire Chief Dennis Zvara said. The fire was in the attic and the cause is under investigation.
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries, Zvara said. One was transported to a local hospital, was treated and released. There were no civilian injuries, Zvara said.
The Plover, Stockton, Rudolph, Dewey and Amherst fire departments provided mutual aide, Zvara said.
The home's three residents are unable to stay in the home.
