ROCHESTER, Minn. – A trial date has been set for a Rochester woman accused of calling a child a racial slur at a public park.
Shiloh Marie Hendrix, 36, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of disorderly conduct. The charges are misdemeanors, carrying maximum sentences of 90 days in jail and/or $1,000 fines each.
Law enforcement says Hendrix called a child a racial slur at Roy Sutherland Playground in Soldier’s Field Park on April 28. Video of the incident circulated widely before Hendrix was charged.
Her trial is now scheduled to begin on August 31, 2026, in Olmsted County District Court.
