The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Hayvin Fulwilder who is missing and was last seen at 5 a.m. Nov. 17 in the area of University and Extension.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black shorts. She also has a piercing in her left nostril.

Fulwilder is a Native American female with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.
