According to the Department of Transportation (DOT), the way travelers have behaved at airports has worsened in recent years— and the agency believes it's time to change that . In a recent news release, Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy announced a new "civility campaign" warning air passengers of "disrespectful" clothing, among other things.
