Food fans in the southside have an exciting new street food spot to enjoy with the opening of a new brand.

English food faves Cha Sha have brought their colourful branding and vibrant menu to Shawlands, opening in the former G41 Unit on Kilmarnock Road.

Describing themselves as the "home of South-Asian music, culture and garam Chai", the brand has five other restaurants across England.

Famous for dishes such as filled parathas, loaded fries and bun kebabs, the cafe is best known for its traditional clay pot chai.
