Part of the Blue Jays' responsibilities this winter will be building depth throughout the organization. Teams deal with injuries and often rely on minor leaguers to help cover innings. Last season, the Blue Jays signed Elieser Hernández to a minor league contract after he spent time in the Korea Baseball Organization.
