VICTORY TWP. — Although its early in the 2025-26 season, the Lakeshore Badgers men’s varsity hockey team has struggled to cash in on its power play opportunities.
Those issues continued to plague the Badgers on Wednesday as they found themselves locked in a heated battle with the Hudsonville Eagles at West Shore Community Ice Arena.
Lakeshore had multiple chances to end the game in regulation through the powerplay. However, it couldn’t convert those chances, allowing Hudsonville to secure a 2-1 overtime win.
