Latest News: Lainey Wilson Wins 3 CMA Awards, Including Entertainer of the Year

Between hosting, performing, and accepting trophies, country star Lainey Wilson was busy onstage at the 2025 CMA Awards on Wednesday.

Wilson, 33, took home three of the night's top honors, including a win for Entertainer of the Year for the second time in three years. The only female contender in the category, the “Hang Tight Honey” singer beat out Morgan Wallen , Chris Stapleton , Luke Combs , and Cody Johnson. She is only the third woman to win the award twice, joining Barbara Mandrell and Taylor Swift .

In her acceptance speech, Wilson thanked her fans, her family, and her fiancé Duck Hodges. “It takes a village,” she said .
