BEREA — Browns offensive coordinator Tommy Rees' first job this week has nothing to do with a specific play call. Instead, it's all about a specific feeling he needs for quarterback Shedeur Sanders .

"Without getting into specifics, obviously, with any quarterback, with any player, really with any quarterback, you want them to feel as comfortable as possible," Rees said Nov. 20. "For young players like Dillon (Gabriel) and Shedeur, that's pulling from a lot of different avenues.
