The Rangers and Panthers will face off at loanDepot Park, the usual home of Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins, on Jan. 2.

Next year’s Winter Classic will be the southern-most outdoor game played in NHL history, surpassing the 2020 Winter Classic, when the Dallas Stars and Nashville Predators met in the Cotton Bowl.
