MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A man convicted of killing his girlfriend and dumping his newborn child in the Mississippi River has been sentenced to more time on additional charges.
Brandon Isabelle was sentenced to 45 additional years on aggravated child abuse and especially aggravated kidnapping.
Last month, Isabelle received three life sentences in prison for the 2022 death of his girlfriend, Danielle Hoyle and then throwing their two-day-old daughter, Kennedy into the Mississippi River.
Despite a multi-agency search, the baby’s body was never found.
During the October trial, attorneys brought up that Isabelle tried to pressure Danielle into having an abortion, and also spoke on his involvement with other women.
