Frederick opens new public bathrooms at Carroll Creek

People in downtown Frederick now have access to new public restrooms at Carroll Creek Linear Park.

The bathrooms are on the eastern end of the current park, between East Street and East Patrick Street, in the building at 406 Sagner Ave.
