LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A weak front brings a chance for some showers Friday, but coverage of rain looks quite limited.
Another warm and humid day is ahead even as a weak front gets closer. A couple showers or maybe a stray storm can’t be ruled out, but models have continued to trend drier with coverage of rain. So we’ve put the rain chance at 20% to account for that as highs are set to reach the low 80’s once again. There also should be some morning fog, but dense fog may not be as widespread due to more clouds and wind around.
Outdoor plans Friday are in good shape for the most part. Just keep a watch out for isolated showers particularly in the first half of the day.
