GOP rep does ‘6-7’ gesture while presiding over House

Rep. Blake Moore (R-Utah), serving as speaker pro tempore, asked for those in the chamber to vote yea or nay on a measure. Then, trying to keep a straight face, Moore lifted his hands up, did a juggling motion and said “it’s about 6-7.”
