LOGAN — A 29-year-old Nibley man already facing aggravated assault and staking charges has been arrested again after two more alleged victims came forward with allegations of sexual assault and stalking, police report. Chandler Thomas Lowrey was booked Nov. 17 into the Cache County Jail.
According to charging documents, a woman contacted Logan City Police officers, explaining who she had met Lowrey on Tinder, a social media dating app. The two met at a bar, where the woman agreed to go back to the Logan suspect’s residence.
The alleged victim claimed Lowrey became sexually aggressive, putting his hands around her neck and restricting her breathing. He also reportedly refused to stop when she said she couldn’t breathe.
