A 16th juror was empaneled in the Brian Walshe murder case on Thursday, which means a full jury has been reached.
It was the third day of jury selection for a trial that Judge Diane Freniere said this week could take three to four weeks to present, starting on Dec. 1.
While Freniere on Wednesday raised the prospect of empaneling more than 16 jurors, all sides agreed to proceed without selecting more jurors, according to WCVB.
Nine jurors were seated on Tuesday, the first day of the trial, and Walshe, 50, made an unexpected decision to plead guilty to two counts.
Walshe changed his plea on the counts of witness intimidation (misleading a police investigation) as well as disinterment of a body.
