Ariana Grande has shared a health update following the whirlwind press tour for Wicked: For Good.

The actress and singer, who plays Glinda in the new adaptation of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, revealed on Instagram on Thursday that she has tested positive for COVID-19.

As the promotional tour of the second instalment in the Wicked series concluded, Grande posted a picture of her recent appearance on US talk show The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

“Moments before COVID^,” Grande captioned the black and white shot of her twirling a wand.

The update comes just days after Grande skipped press interviews at the New York premiere in solidarity with co-star Cynthia Erivo, who had lost her voice and wasn’t feeling well.
