Candace Cameron Bure made a rare comment about the public feuds she’s been caught up in over the years, sharing how she deals with the backlash against her.

The Full House alum, 49, said that she tries to rise above the “weird” squabbles on the Monday, November 17, episode of Madison Prewett’s “Stay True” podcast.

“But it’s just, like, weird. It’s weird,” Cameron Bure stressed about the negativity that has been sometimes leveled against her online.

She continued, “How do I handle them? I usually don’t fight back in the comments, because nothing really comes from it. I feel like when you fight back in the comments, it becomes defensive. I feel like the more people defend themselves, the less integrity it holds.”
