CHICO, Calif. — The Chico Police Department, in collaboration with Chico State, is set to conduct a large training exercise on the university campus this Monday, November 24. The event aims to enhance emergency response readiness and coordination among various local agencies.
According to the Chico Police Department , the exercise will involve multiple agencies, including the University Police Department, Butte County Sheriff’s Office, Paradise Police Department, Chico Fire Department, Enloe Medical Center paramedics, Enloe FlightCare and the WellCat Health Center. The training will help first responders become familiar with the campus and refine safety protocols.
