NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - North Platte’s Dr. Melissa Mosel appeared on Friday evening’s episode of ‘ Wheel of Fortune .’

The Ogallala High School graduate and current pediatrician at great plains health made her national television appearance today and got to celebrate with friends and family at Dave’s Place with a lively watch party.

Mosel made it to the final round of the game show and even won a trip.

“It was super fun, it was a very long day but the producers were very nice,” Mosel said. “Everyone there was very accommodating. I got to meet a lot of new friends from all over the country. It was a little nerve racking but my show was at the very end of the day so I had a little bit of time to acclimate.”
