REDDING, Calif. - On Tuesday, Evan Michael Hall pled guilty to one count of driving under the influence causing injury.
The Shasta County District Attorney's Office says that Hall was sentenced to more than four years in state prison as part of the guilty plea.
The charges stemmed from a traffic crash that occurred on October 12 where Hall hit multiple vehicles and a pedestrian while driving under the influence. The crash was caught on surveillance camera and shared on the Redding Police Department's Facebook page.
The Shasta County District Attorney's Office says that Hall was already on probation for criminal threats and domestic violence at the time the DUI crash occurred.
